In Bavaria, a legitimate government is formed under BVP politician Heinrich Held. This, as well as the resignation of Kahr and Lossow, contributes substantially to the improvement of relations between Bavaria and the Reich.

All governments from the countries involved approve the Dawes Plan at the London Conference. The German government is also given the assurance that the Ruhr occupation will be over by the end of the year.
