The “Fourth Decree for Securing the Economy and Finances and for the Purpose of Political Riot Control” enters into force. The emergency decree contains i.a. wage cuts of 9%, decreased prices and interest rates, an end to government aid for residential buildings and a ban on uniforms for political associations.
