The German Reich government declares it is no longer participating in the World Disarmament Conference in Geneva and simultaneously announces Germany’s withdrawal from the League of Nations. On the same day Hitler, announces the dissolution of the Reichstag and that there will be a referendum on withdrawing from the League of Nations.

The cornerstone for the first monumental building, the “House of German Art”, is laid by Hitler in Munich.
