Belgian soldiers are assassinated on the Duisburg Rheinbrücke in a bomb attack. Nine people are killed in this attack. A French military court imposes seven death sentences for acts of sabotage. The Reich government publishes a White Paper that notes the acts of violence committed by the French-Belgian troops.
