Foreign Minister Gustav Stresemann works for the implementation of Article 8 of the Covenant of the League of Nations, which envisages general disarmament. He also speaks out against the unilateral disarmament of Germany.

The Reichsrat resolves to call on the Reich government to not begin building the Panzerkreuzer before the 1 September.
The ban on the NSDAP is lifted in the cities of Berlin, Cologne and Neuwied.
